1. RETURN WINDOW & ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Return Window: You must initiate your return request within 15 days from the date your package was marked “Delivered” according to the tracking details provided in our Shipping Policy.
Item Condition: Parts must be returned in their original, uninstalled, and unaltered condition. They must be sent back in the original manufacturer packaging, including all hardware, accessories, instruction manuals, and documentation.
Non-Returnable Items: * Electrical parts or electronic components (once opened or connected to a vehicle).
- Items showing signs of installation, grease, tool marks, or wear.
- Custom-ordered or altered automotive parts.
- Liquids, oils, or chemical sprays (due to shipping regulations).

2. THE RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our Support Team at Info@swiftautoparts.shop or via our website contact form with your Order Number and the exact part number you wish to return.
If your return is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number along with instructions on where to send your package.
Print your RMA number clearly on the outside of the shipping box (not on the manufacturer’s original parts box). Note: Returns sent back without prior authorization or an RMA number may experience severe processing delays or refusal.

3. RETURN SHIPPING FEES

Customer Fault (Changed Mind / Ordered Wrong Part): If you ordered the wrong part for your vehicle or changed your mind, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Swift Auto Parts Fault (Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Item): If we shipped you the wrong part, or if the item arrived damaged or defective as outlined in our Shipping Policy, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will issue a prepaid return shipping label and expedite a replacement or full refund to you.

4. REFUNDS & PROCESSING

Inspection: Once your return is received at our warehouse, it will be inspected by our parts team to verify its condition.
Approval & Notification: We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected based on the condition of the part.
Timeline: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer’s processing times.

5. EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get the correct part for your vehicle is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new part. This ensures the correct item ships out to you according to our standard shipping fulfillment times.

6. CANCELLATIONS & SHIPPING ADDRESS ERRORS

As stated in our Shipping Policy, we process orders quickly to ensure swift delivery.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately. Once an order has been picked, packed, or handed over to the carrier, it can no longer be canceled and must be processed as a standard return.
Incorrect Addresses: If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided during checkout, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fees or a restocking fee if a refund is requested.
