How do I place an order?
Simply use our Make, Model and Part search tool on the homepage to find your part, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. The process takes less than 5 minutes.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order may already be processed for shipping. Please contact us immediately at Info@autopilotparts.shop if you need to make changes.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to track your package in real time.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, an order confirmation email is sent immediately after your purchase. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder or contact us at Info@autopilotparts.shop.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and part availability.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150. Orders below that threshold have a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout based on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only. We are working on expanding our shipping options internationally. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
What happens if my part arrives damaged?
If your part arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours at Info@autopilotparts.shop. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund with no hassle.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Parts must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Custom or electrical parts may not be eligible for return.
How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, email us at Info@autopilotparts.shop with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect the returned part, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The funds will appear back on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
How do I find the right part for my vehicle?
Use our vehicle search tool at the top of our homepage. Simply select your car’s Make, Model and the Part you need. Our system will show you all compatible parts for your specific vehicle.
What if I can’t find my part on the website?
If you can’t find what you’re looking for, contact us directly at Info@autopilotparts.shop or call +1 (210) 692-4337. Our parts specialists can source almost any part and will get back to you within 1 business day.
Are your parts OEM or aftermarket?
We carry both OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and high-quality aftermarket parts. Each product listing clearly indicates whether the part is OEM or aftermarket so you can make an informed decision.
Do your parts come with a warranty?
Yes, all parts come with a minimum 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Some OEM parts carry the manufacturer’s original warranty. Warranty details are listed on each product page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay for a faster checkout experience.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption and all payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We never store your full card details on our servers.
Do you offer payment plans or financing?
