1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- ✅ Unused & Unopened Items — Items must be in their original, factory-sealed packaging with all original labels, tags, and accessories included
- ✅ Wrong Item Sent — If we sent you an incorrect part, we will cover the return and send the correct item at no additional cost
- ✅ Change of Mind — We understand that sometimes purchases don’t work out; we accept change-of-mind returns within our return window
Items NOT eligible for return:
- ❌ Items that have been installed, used, or modified in any way
- ❌ Items returned after the 15-day return window
- ❌ Items with missing packaging, labels, or accessories
- ❌ Electrical components that have been plugged in or tested
- ❌ Special order or custom parts
- ❌ Clearance or final sale items
2. Return Window
All return requests must be submitted within 15 days of the delivery date as confirmed by the shipping carrier’s tracking information.
Returns requested after 15 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping
AutoPartsPilot covers the cost of return shipping on all eligible returns. Once your return request is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label at no charge to you.
Please note:
- Use the prepaid label provided — returns shipped without our label may not be accepted
- Package items securely to prevent damage during return transit
- Items damaged due to improper return packaging may not qualify for a full refund
4. How to Initiate a Return
Starting a return is simple. Follow these steps:
- Contact us within 15 days of delivery via email or phone
- Provide your order number and the reason for your return
- Wait for approval — our team will review your request within 1–2 business days
- Receive your prepaid label via email once approved
- Pack and ship your item using the provided label
- Receive your refund once we inspect and confirm the returned item
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the return
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
- Please allow an additional 3–7 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account
If rejected:
- We will notify you of the reason for rejection
- Rejected items will be returned to you at your expense
6. Wrong Item Sent
If you received an item that does not match your order, we sincerely apologize. Here’s what we’ll do:
- Cover 100% of return shipping costs
- Send the correct item with priority shipping at no additional charge
- Issue a full refund if the correct item is no longer available
Please contact us within 15 days of delivery to report a wrong item.
7. Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please:
- Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging immediately upon receipt
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your photos and order number
- We will file a shipping claim and arrange a replacement or full refund promptly
Note: Damage claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery may not be accepted.
8. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different part, please return the original item following the process above and place a new order for the correct part at swiftautoparts.shop.
9. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the standard return process.
